This thoughtfully renovated 915 sq. ft. corner condo is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for families, couples, and groups. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Jet skis are NOT allowed.

* Only registered guests allowed; no parties or events * Respect quiet hours and neighbors * No smoking or vaping inside * No pets * Treat the home with care and report any damage * Follow all Ocean Pointe Resort rules (parking, pool, marina, etc.) * Lock doors and do not share access code * Dispose of trash properly and leave the unit in good condition * No illegal or disruptive activity * Do not store fishing bait in the fridge Violation of rules may result in removal without refund.

We are fortunate to share this unique setting surrounded by protected mangroves and natural conservation areas. The community is home to a variety of native wildlife, including ospreys and other coastal birds. For guests planning to use marina facilities, slip and trailer reservations must be arranged in advance directly with the Dockmaster. Please note that RVs and jet skis are not permitted on the property. *Marina Information & Slip Rentals *** Note that this is not included with the reservation. *** The marina accommodates boats up to 28 feet in length. Slip rentals at Ocean Pointe Suites Marina are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance. All vessels are required to carry insurance with minimum coverage of: * $300,000 liability * $100,000 property damage This coverage is required by the Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association, and proof of insurance must be provided at the time of reservation.
